Yaan Clinic offers Calf Reduction Procedure for international patients in Gangnam, Seoul, Korea, with consultation in English.
The calf reduction procedure treats the inner and outer gastrocnemius muscle through small needle punctures. It takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour and is usually done once, with light daily activity from the next day.
Treatment plans are decided after a 1:1 consultation; pricing is listed in KRW with VAT noted separately.

Regular prices in Korean won (KRW, 10% VAT not included). 10% VAT is charged separately. The treatment plan and final cost are confirmed at a 1:1 consultation. A consultation-only visit is charged ₩10,000, or ₩30,000 when it includes a consultation with the medical director; this fee is waived if you receive treatment. 3D skin analysis (Metaview) is charged separately at ₩100,000; it is waived for Thermage, Ultherapy Prime, Sofwave, Onda Lifting, Titanium Lifting and Tune Face treatments. Muscle-type calves have a developed medial
gastrocnemius. The medial gastrocnemius
is the widest part of the calf and tends
to develop easily, making this the most
common calf type.
Drumstick-type calves have both the medial
and lateral gastrocnemius muscles developed.
This type may experience discomfort when
wearing boots, and muscle cramps or
stiffness often occur in the legs.
This type has both the gastrocnemius
and soleus muscles developed. For log-type
calves, the Calf Reduction Procedure targets
the gastrocnemius and the soleus muscles
are treated with the Calf Reduction Injection
to achieve a smooth overall calf line.
